Inequality & Systemic Racism Proxy Voting Dashboards

These interactive Online Dashboards complement Majority Action’s Equity in the Boardroom 2024 report. They depict the proxy voting records of the world’s largest asset managers with respect to key shareholder proposals related to inequality and systemic racism.

The Manager-by-Manager Dashboard analyzes how individual asset managers voted on key shareholder proposals during the 2024 proxy season across five categories central to mitigating risks associated with inequality and systemic racism: corporate political transparency, freedom of association, racial and gender equity in the workplace, worker safety, and the future of work. Managers were assessed on 73 shareholder proposals that were filed at 60 US-based Russell 3000 companies and were positively received by shareholders and proxy advisors.

The Asset Manager League Table allows users to compare the voting performance of various asset managers. It aggregates each manager’s average level of support for inequality and systemic racism-related shareholder proposals by category.
